2.2.6 Lift Setup
WARNING! Before you make any changes, please contact the Anatol service department. Take a
picture for your records before making any changes.
You can access the lift settings by clicking on the Settings button located in the top menu of the
main window. A window will appear where you can enter the access code. Enter code 998 and press
Enter. There are lift settings that will need to be changed occasionally.
Adjust the “zero offset” value so that the indicator on the gear unit is vertically down (6 o’clock).
The “distance” value should be adjusted so that the indicator on the gear unit is upright (12 o’clock).
Detailed instructions for setting the Home Offset and Distance Offset parameters are in the Lift
Home Offset and Distance Setup section.
1. Distance – when you press this button, a window will appear with a numeric keypad. Enter the
lift height in inches and press the Enter key. The distance traveled is off-contact.
2. Home offset – when you press this button, a window with a numeric keypad will appear. Enter
the home position from zero and press Enter. The higher numbers move the lift up, the smaller
down.
3. Speed of motor – when you press this button a window will appear with a numeric keypard.
Enter the speed of the motor.
4. Move home – move to offset.
5. Move up – move to the distance position for calibration purposes.
6. Acceleration – when you press this button a window with a numeric keypad will appear. Enter
in the acceleration of the lifting motor, in units depending on the type of servo in the machine.
Delta servo drives are in units of milliseconds. The lower the value in milliseconds, the quicker
the acceleration because the motor reaches the desired RPM in less time. The acceleration of
other servo drives is measured in rotations/second².
