
6. Unloading – this station is graphically represented as a red pallet. It can occur in two states:

As an empty pallet
•
As a pallet with a shirt
7. Cycle Dwell – delay before the next cycle. Adjusts the speed of the machine to the operator’s
load and unload capabilities.
8. Off-contact – the distance from the pallet to the screen when the table is raised. Adjust it
according to the thickness of the printed material or ink deposit desired. A setting of 0 brings
the pallets closest to the screens.
9. Skipped Shirt Counter – counts skipped shirts (skip switches). It will reset when the machine is
switched on again.
10. Daily t-shirt counts – automatically resets the daily units to 0 when the machine is switch from
off to on.
11. Countdown of the remaining apparel to be printed.
12. Counter of all printed apparel – total number of pieces/cycles. This counter cannot be reset, it
is like the press’s odometer.
13. Printing speed – indicates the approximate production speed of dozens of shirts per hour.
14. Icon lights
A colored light indicates that the machines must be homed or calibrated. A flashing light
indicates that the above process is in action.
A colored light indicates that the indexer lock is not closed (locked). A flashing light indicates
that the lock is closing or opening.
A colored light indicates that the table is raised up.
A colored light indicates that the pallets are in the half index or clear screen position.
