12. STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL
The product shall be stored in its packaging in closed dry premises at the temperature of

+25 ° C and relative air humidity no more than 80%. The air shall not contain acidic, alkaline
and other aggressive pollutants. Do not expose to atmospheric precipitation or direct sunlight.
After expiration of the storage period, a specialist should check if the product is suitable for use.
Transportation can be performed with all types of covered ground vehicles, with measures pre-
venting shock and movement inside the vehicle.
Dismantling of the product is performed in a reverse sequence of mounting opera-
tions. Product disposal shall comply with the regulatory and legal requirements on
recycling and disposal, valid in the user’s country. Take electric devices and batter-
ies to the relevant disposal facilities.
13. WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS
• The operation capacity of the product is guaranteed only when the rules of its storage,
transportation, mounting, setup and operation are followed and when mounting and
maintenance (timely and due) is performed by an organisation specialized in automation
systems and authorised to perform mounting and maintenance.
• The warranty period is two years and starts from the date of product delivery to the
Customer or from the date of manufacturing if the date of delivery is not known.
• During the warranty period the defects caused by the Manufacturer are repaired by the
service department, providing warranty maintenance.
Note
: the parts replaced by the service department, that carries out the repair, become its
property.
• The warranty is not applied in the following cases:
− violation of storage, transportation, operation and mounting rules;
− mounting, setup, repair, remounting or modification of the product by persons, not
authorised to perform such works;
− damage of the product caused by unstable work of the power supply system or
noncompliance of the power system with the values established by the Manufacturer;
− damage of the product caused by water penetration;
− force-majeure (fires, lightning, floods, earthquakes and other natural calamities);
− damage of the product structure by the Client or third parties;
− malfunctioning and defects caused by absence of scheduled product maintenance
and inspection;
− does not apply to the power element (battery);
− completed manual is not provided.
