or incomplete equipment or structures in order to create mechanical equipment.
The instructions in this manual should be considered as an example, since the place for instal-
lation of the drive and drive system may vary. The task of the specialist who performs installa-
tion is to choose the most suitable solution.
1.3
DURING OPERATION
The product should not be used by children or persons with limited physical, sensory or men-
tal abilities, as well as persons with insufficient experience and knowledge who have not been
instructed about the use. Do not let children play with control devices. Keep remote controls
out of the reach of children.
Never grab the doors in movement or their moving parts. Before activating the door make sure
that there are no people, animals, vehicles or any other items in the hazardous area.
Observe door movement until full opening or closing. It is allowed to drive through the door-
way after the door opens, stops completely and does not move. Otherwise, the driving is not
allowed. It is forbidden to stay (stop) within the operation area of the door. Automated doors
may suddenly move.
The product as part of the drive system shall undergo scheduled maintenance to ensure effi-
cient and safe operation. Maintenance and repairs shall be documented by the personnel per-
forming them, and the owner must keep these documents. Check the drive system and the
door regularly, in particular check cables, springs and mounting hardware for signs of wear,
damage or imbalance.
Check the doors operation (especially in case of weather conditions deterioration, low temper-
atures). The door leaf should move smoothly without seizing and jerking. At the same time, the
value of the person’s physical effort required to move the door leaf manually should not exceed
260 Н without an installed electric drive, 390 Н with the drive unlocked. The door leaf should
be balanced, i.e. at the equilibrium state in any position when its opened or closed manually.
In case of improper doors operation, the manufacturer is not responsible for the malfunction
of the product and does not recommend to use it. Contact the specialists in case of malfunc-
tion of the doors operation.
Perform monthly check of the safety devices (safety edge, photocells, STOP device and others).
Failures and malfunctions in a safety device operation may result in injury.
There should be no foreign objects, building materials, water or any other liquid inside the
product and other electric devices of the drive system. Otherwise, the operation of the equip-
ment is forbidden.
Sources of heat and open flame shall be moved away from the product for a sufficient distance.
Violation of this requirement may cause damage to the product, lead to its malfunction and re-
sult in dangerous situations.
It is forbidden to use the product if repairs or adjustments are required, since defects in instal-
lation and operation can lead to personal injury or damage to the product.
