Container Change Over and Setup
This portion of the manual will discuss the necessary steps and procedures for changing over from one container
size to another.

Procedure Description
1. Adjust Carriage
Slide
A. Unlock clamp:
Left side: rotate handle clockwise to loosen,
Right side: Rotate handle clockwise to loosen.
B. The probe carriage can be raised or lowered to accommodate most container heights
by using the worm-gear crank that can only be accessed from the front. Turn clockwise
to raise, counter-clockwise to lower.
C. Place the container that will run on the SpeedGlider underneath a test probe. Raise or
lower the probe carriage to a level just ¼ inch above the top of the container opening.
Fine tuning can be controlled by viewing the scale located on the right side. The scale
is graduated in millimeters (mm). The example below denotes a height setting of
250mm.
D. Tighten Clamps clockwise
