Manual Test Display Description
The Manual Test has eight basic parts to it.
Part
Description
Part 1: Manual Test Result
Indicates leak test PASS or reason for failure.
Part 2: Probe and Fill
regulator gauge readings
Indicates what the probe and fill regulators are set at.
Part 3: Part Pressure
Gauge
The Part Pressure gauge is a necessary tool for setting fill pressure. Typically
the fill pressure is set according to the container size. Smaller containers
=less fill pressure and larger containers = more fill pressure. For more on this
see new container setup procedures.
Notice that the PART PRESSURE gauge values do not have gray entry
boxes associated with them. This is because the values are hard coded at
0.5 and 25 percent and cannot be changed by the operator.
The current analog to digital value for PART PRESSURE
gauge is shown in the black. This digital read out will only show real time
values.
When the manual test button is pushed The MIN and MAX
indicators will remain green if the container is set for the proper fill pressure.
If the container is out range one of the indicator will turn
red and stay red until a successful in range test is accomplished.
The manual test result displays will indicate the reason.
