Performing Automatic Setup
The VersaView 6186-M Industrial Flat Panel Monitor can sample the
input video signal and set itself up with a press of the Auto setup
button. For most users, the Auto Setup feature quickly and accurately
adjusts the monitor.
The Auto Setup function works with most screens using reasonable
video content, but Rockwell Automation ships a ScreenSet monitor
setup utility on CD-ROM to display the best possible image for setup.
1. Insert the Accessory CD-ROM provided with the monitor into
your computer’s CD-ROM drive.
OSD Key Control Description
On/Off Switch
•
Turns monitor on and off
Menu/Exit Key
•
Opens and closes OSD menus and
functions.
Return Key
•
Saves certain settings.
Adjust Buttons (up
and down arrows)
•
Moves between OSD menus and
submenus
•
Decreases or increases values in
OSD menus and submenus
Adjusts Buttons (left
and right arrows)
•
Moves right or left in active OSD
menus.
IMPORTANT
The ScreenSet monitor setup utility is designed for
32-bit Windows operating systems only (Windows
95/98/NT 4.0/2000/XP or greater).
