TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE FOR LPG-VAPOR/AIR MIXERS
USING THE SEQUENCER
If all the venturis cycle on and off at once, the mixer is in
SETUP MODE
. Press both the
START
and
STOP
buttons simultaneously or remove the jumper terminal between orange terminal B3 and
terminal 4, to take out of
SETUP MODE
.
If the mixer has fewer than 7 venturis Table 3 can be used to help troubleshoot the mixer.
Examine Output status LED’s to see which alarm shut the mixer down.
