DISCRETE INPUTS
The PLC uses the 14 discrete inputs to configure and control the mixing system.
The discrete inputs are as follows:

Inputs I-03 to I-06 are used for selecting the number of venturi solenoids for the
mixer.
Refer to Table 1 to determine which inputs should to be jumped to
24VDC (B3).

OPTIONAL ALARM INPUTS #1 TO #3
There are 3 optional alarm inputs available that can be used to shut down the mixing
system. The alarm inputs require contacts provided by the end user.

Electrical Drawing to wire Optional Alarm Inputs #1 -3 . Optional Alarm Inputs need to
be jumped to 120VAC when not used.
NOTE: Optional Alarm input #1 has an adjustable alarm delay for Gas Quality
instruments that have dry contact outputs. Adjust potentiometer CH1 to set the timer to 0
to 10 minutes; full CCW would equal 0 seconds, middle would approximately 5 minutes,
full CW would equal 10 minutes.
