activity. If there is found any activity, you will hear the communication. If there is no activity, the
radio will continue normal scanning. With a priority channel you have a better chance not to miss
any important communication.
BCLO Setting
BCLO means Busy Channel Lock Out. If You have untrained users, it often happens that they start
transmitting while others are still talking. This creates interference. To avoid such situations, you
can program the radio so, that transmission is only possible if the channel is detected as free.
If BCLO is activated and user try to transmit on a busy channel, he will only hear a beep sound as
warning and
“Bσδη”Ν
appears on the screen.
ANI (Automatic Number Identification)
The ANI code is used to display the number of the calling party on the display of all other partners
within a group. The ANI code can be fixed by software. First digit represents your group, second
and third digit is the radio number.
Scrambler
Confidential communication with analogue systems is only possible by scrambler encryption.
Within your group network, all participating radios must be programmed to use the same scrambler
setting. It can be selected by PC software.
