Room Controller

Alternatively, it is able to make 2 room controller connections to LMS 14. Thus, heat demands of 2

independent primary heating circuits can be sent to LMS 14. Maximum 2 room controller connections

can be made with LMS 14.
In case of room thermostat usage, the cable terminals of the room controller device should be

connected to CL+ and CL-. The related terminal information is included in the LMS 14 connections

figure. Rapidly stating, the right terminals are X7a and X30. CL+ is the BSB (Boiler System Bus)

data connection and CL- is the BSB ground connection. These connections will also be used with

the room controller.

3.5. Flue Pipe System and Components

For boilers having a maximum capacity bigger than 50 kW’s, flue pipe outlets can not be directed

out through a side wall or window. That’s why in the below schematic picture, a flue pipe due to this

explanation is not shown.

Please don’t forget that flue pipes designed for conventional boilers can not be used in condensing

boilers, and in the contrary, the ones for condensing boilers can not be used for conventional boilers.
