11 One of the protections is
activated and compressor
is stopped with no
apparent reason. Control problem or
refrigeration system
problem. Perform diagnostics to detect
active protection, and take
action accordingly.
12 Compressor motor is noisy
and no suction is present. Wrong phase order to
compressor. Check compressor phase
order.
13 Water leakage from indoor
unit. Indoor unit drainage tube
is blocked. Check and open drainage
tube.
14 Freezing of outdoor unit in
HEAT Mode and outdoor
unit base is blocked with
ice. Connect base heater.
15 Unit operates with wrong
fan speeds or wrong
frequency. Wrong jumper settings. Perform diagnostics to obtain
unit model or if operating by
EEPROM parameters.
16 Filter LED comes ON after
512 hours of operation Clogged air-filter Replace air-filter. Press the
RESET button.
