Panoramic images

Standard

The standard panoramic image records the com-
plete dental area with ascending dental branches
and maxillary joints.

Front

The image shows a reduced dental area without
ascending dental branches.

Right

The image only shows the right dental area.

Left

The image only shows the left dental area.

Orthogonal

The image shows the complete dental area and is
generated perpendicular to the maxillary arch.
This prevents overlapping crowns.

Bite wing

The image shows the lateral dental area with a
size limited to the bite wings.

Bite wing front

The image shows the anterior dental area with a
size limited to the bite wings.
