INSTALLATION
Several units can be registered. The VistaNet
unit configuration window allows changes
to the unit name (name), manually enter an
IP address, and information call up.
6. After connection, activate the unit by checking the Registered column for the device.
Enter a fixed IP address (recommended)
7. Click the Wrench Icon button and observe that the VistaConfig window changes showing VistaNetConfig
window setting options device configuration.
8. Configure ScanX as follows:
a Deactivate DHCP by un-checking the associated box.
b Enter IP address, subnet mask and gateway
9. Click Apply to save the configuration.

Testing ScanX
Make sure the unit is properly connected by scanning
an exposed image plate by performing the following
steps from the VistaConfig window.
1. Select the Test tab.
2. Select the unit from the Registered Devices
selection list
3. Select the mode class.
4. Set the scan mode.
5. Click Read Image.
