DAYLIGHT LOADER
Important:
Make sure that the Daylight Loader fits snugly to the front of the processor.
Process an unexposed film to test for light leaks. When processing extra-oral films
be sure that the sliding cover is closed.
5. Install the Daylight Loader onto the Film Processor (if not already installed) as follows:
a.
Remove and discard the existing nuts and screws from the film inlet.
b.
As shown below, align the Daylight Loader with the film inlet and secure on each
side with a C bracket, flat washer, lock washer and nut provided in kit P/N 43114.
6. With the Film Processor level on the new leveling frame and the Daylight Loader installed,
install the support frame with hardware provided in kit P/N 45118 as follows:
a.
As shown below, slide the support frame under the Daylight Loader and onto the
leveling frame.
b.
Align the screwholes of the support frame with the screwholes of the leveling frame
and secure on each side with two screws, lock washers and flat washers provided
in kit P/N 43118.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Drain Film Processor unit and remove
it from existing leveling frame. Discard
existing leveling frame.
2. Using parts supplied in kit P/N 45118 ,
install leveling feet (4) onto leveling
frame as shown below. Do not install
support frame at this time.
3. Set new leveling frame in location
where the processor is to be used, with
leveling bubble in front. Level frame.
4. Set Film Processor onto new leveling
frame. Re-level as necessary.

of a dark room. Install the Daylight Loader by performing the instructions provided below using
the supplied kits P/N 43114 and P/N 45118
