5.14 – ENHANCED DISPLAY CONFIGURATION (con't)

17. Repeat Steps 8 through 16 for Line 3, 4, and 5.  The only differences being the change of Line # in the display.

18. After Line 4 has been set, Step 16 will yield a display:
