3.8 Propeller Überprüfung

 

 

Warnung:

 

•  Bevor Sie den Propeller prüfen, abbauen oder anbauen, sichern Sie den Motor gegen

 

unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten. Dies können Sie Gewährleisten durch Entfernen der Zündkerze, den Ganghebel 
auf Neutral-Position schalten und Entfernen der Sicherungsschlaufe am Stoppschalter. Diese 
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen können erhebliche Verletzungen verhindern, während Sie am Propeller arbeiten.

 

•  Benutzen Sie nicht Ihre Hand, um den Propeller beim Lösen oder Anziehen der Propellerschraube 

festzuhalten, sondern stecken Sie einen Holzblock zwischen diesen und die Anti-Kavitations-Platte, um 
zu verhindern, dass der Propeller sich dreht.

Überprüfen Sie die Propellerwelle auf Beschädigung.

Überprüfen Sie den Sicherungssplint auf Beanspruchung und Beschädigung.

Überprüfen Sie, ob sich Teile von Fischernetzen o.ä. um die Kurbelwelle gewickelt haben. 

5.

Überprüfen Sie die Öldichtung an der Propellerwelle auf Beschädigung.

 

 
 
 
 

3.8.1 Propeller Abbau

 

 

1.

Begradigen Sie den Sicherungssplint und ziehen Sie diesen mit einer Zange heraus.

 

2.

Entfernen Sie die Propellermutter, Abstandshalter und die Dichtung, falls diese zum Ausstattung gehören.

 

Entfernen Sie den Propeller und die Sicherungsscheibe.

 

 
 
 
 

 

3.8.2 Propeller Anbau

 

Warnung:

 

•  Gehen Sie sicher, dass Sie zuerst die 

Sicherungsscheibe und dann den Propeller montieren, andernfalls 

kann die Gehäuseunterseite und der Propelleransatz beschädigt werden.

 

• 

Seien Sie sicher, dass Sie einen neuen Sicherungssplint benutzten und die Enden überklappen, andernfalls 
könnte der Propeller während des Betriebes von der Welle springen und im Wasser verloren gehen.

Verwenden Sie ausschließlich seetaugliches und korrosions- beständiges  Schmiermittel

 

2.

Ist eine Abstandshalter vorhanden, montieren Sie diesen, dann den Dichtring und anschließend den 

Propeller auf der Propellerwelle.

 

3.

Installieren Sie nun den nächsten Abstandshalter (falls vorhanden) und den nächsten Dichtring.

 

4.

Ziehen Sie die Propellermutter fest. Zentrieren Sie die Propellermutter mit dem in der Propellerwelle 

eingelassenem Loch. Führen Sie einen neuen Sicherungssplint in das Loch ein und knicken Sie die 
Enden um.
