Checking the Flue Pressure Switch oper-

Conditions:
Tools and material:

Manometer (measuring range up to min 500 Pa)
Check Procedure:
This procedure needs to be per-
formed with boiler (and controller)
running, and the front panel open.
When performing the following
procedure, do not touch the high
voltage connections and do no
touch any inner component of the
boiler with any wet body part.
1.
Disconnect hose from condens dish
2.
Connect T-piece to hose
3.
Connect pressure meter to one of the T-piece
connections.
4.
Blow air in the hose while it is connected to
sensor and to the measuring device
5.
Verify that sensor switches at the set pres-
sure (500 Pa) and that the controller displays
error 193.
6.
In case of malfunction, replace the sensor.
Follow-on tasks:
1.
Reconnect hose to condens dish
2.
Check that the connection is not leaking.

Industrial vacuum cleaner
î
Nylon bristle brush
î
Torch
Check Procedure:
1.
Using a torch, visually check the condition of
the combustion chamber. If it is dirty, clean it.
Cleaning Procedure:
1.
Using a nylon bristle brush, sweep the walls
of the combustion chamber.
2.
Using an industrial vacuum cleaner, remove
all deposits from the combustion chamber
heating surfaces.
3.
Pour some clean water to remove any resi-
dues.
