ommissioning
Start-up and Combustion Adjustments
Conditions:
Tools and material:

Flue gas analyser
î
Screwdriver, flat head, size 3
î
Wrench, hex head, sizes 2 and 2.5
Procedure:
1.
Press the On/Off switch located on the right
side of the control panel.
When starting the boiler for the first
time after installation, the controller
will open the commissioning screen
automatically. This screen only ap-
pears once, provided that the pa-
rameters are set and saved. To by-
pass it, press on the ESC button.
2.
Perform the commissioning setting of the
boiler as follows:
î
Define the language by turning the knob (
4
),
validate the selection by pressing on OK (
3
).
î
Define Time and Date using the knob (
4
),
validate the selection by pressing on OK (
3
).
î
Press on the heating mode selection button
(
1
) to exit and go back to the home screen.
3.
Activate the required heating mode by press-
ing on the heating mode selection button (
1
).
4.
Allow the boiler to operate for a few minutes.
5.
Connect the flue gas analyser probe to the
measuring port of the flue gas pipe.
6.
Press the heating mode selection button (
1
)
for more than 3 seconds.
7.
Check CO
2
contents in the flue gas at max
output as follows:
î
Press the Information button (
2
). The mod-
ulation indicator is displayed (in %).
î
Rotate the knob (
4
) to increase to 100% for
maximum power.
î
Check the CO
2
contents, and compare the
values with those in the technical specifica-
tions (See
î
If the value is outside the range, adjust the
combustion value by turning the gas valve
throttle
(
5
)
in small steps, to allow the val-
ue to stabilise before performing additional
adjustments
.
- Rotate throttle screw clockwise (to the
right) to decrease the CO
2
rate.
- Rotate throttle screw counter-clock-
wise (to the left) to increase the CO
2
rate.
