2. Reverse gear and cable adjusting
When find tiller can’t reverse very well, then need adjust reverse cable according SECTION THREE.
!NOTE:
2.1. Hold and loose reverse handle two or three times, if find tiller still can’t reverse very well.
Adjust the reverse cable.
2.2. When tiller work, loose reverse handle, reverse gear should return. And then gear box
shouldn’t be noise. If any noise, gears may be broken.
3. Clutch cable adjusting
After sometime’s using, because friction disk worn out, clutch fork worn out, and make clutch
can’t engage very well, then need adjust clutch cable according to SECTION THREE.
!NOTE:
3.1. Hold and loose clutch rod two or three times, if find tiller still can’t engage very well. Adjust
the clutch cable.
3.2. If adjust many times still can’t solved problem, must be clutch worn out too much. Then need
take machine to service center to replace clutch assy or clutch fork.
3.3. Don’t disassemble clutch by yourself, or may be damaged clutch.
4. Throttle cable adjusting
When turn throttle lever, can’t increase or decrease engine speed very well, need adjust oil
throttle cable according to SECTION FOUR.
!NOTE:
4.1 Turn the throttle lever two or three times, to see the function.
4.2 Throttle cable and cable head must use screw to fasten.
