C A U T I O N
These fittings use soft metal ferrules and require much less tightening than Swagelok
fittings, with which you are probably more familiar. Follow the tightening instructions
very carefully.
C A U T I O N
The restrictors go inside the MSD transfer line and are under high vacuum when the
MSD is pumped down. To ensure minimal contamination and lowest background
signals, they must be treated with the same care used with all analyzer parts: no finger
contact, clean, lint-free gloves, and so forth. See your MSD documentation for more
information.
