IEEE Common Commands

These commands and queries are described in the following
sections.

8.3

IEEE Common Commands

The IEEE 488.2 standard has a list of reserved commands, called
common commands. Some of these commands must be
implemented by any instrument using the standard, others are
optional. The OLA implements all the necessary commands and
some optional ones. This section describes the implemented
commands.
