Configure the menu to “use the bar code reader for serial numbers” and
make sure the “bar code concentrator in use” is YES. The “number of bar
code reader heads installed” should be set to 2, or however many you are
installing. The read order of BCR heads should be set correctly. Save
changes.

ADVICE
This is usually as far as a Customer Engineer can go without the help of the
customer. The customer must provide the Serial Numbers for their boards/panels
to continue with the next step.
