ALIGNBCR Usage and Output for Automatic Mode

The“-a” parameter allows for automatic alignment.  Each read cycle is contin-
uously generated for all scanners used. 

There is a second way to run ALIGNBCR.EXE.  The user can specify an “-m” 
parameter to operate the executable in manual mode.  In this mode a read cycle 
can only be generated by pressing the SPACE BAR.  This will allow the user to 
slowly control the alignment process.  Once a read cycle has been generated, 
the output will be displayed.  Hit ESC to quit. 

Figure 24

 shows the usage and 

output for manual alignment.
