Turning on the platform and setting up the VWorks software
Before you start
You must set up the AssayMAP Bravo Platform in the VWorks software before
you can safely run the protocols in the Protein Sample Prep Workbench. Make
sure that you perform the following steps in the order given to set up the
AssayMAP Bravo Platform.
Workflow
Turning on the AssayMAP Bravo Platform
To turn on the platform:

If you have not already done so, turn on any accessories, such as the Pump
Module. If applicable, ensure that the Inheco STC Controller and the
control module for the Orbital Shaking Station are turned on.

Turn on the computer, and start the Microsoft Windows operating system.

On the side of the AssayMAP Bravo Platform, press the power switch to
the
on (|)
position.
WARNING
To avoid potential injury and damage to the device, only personnel trained in
how to teach the AssayMAP Bravo Platform should perform the setup procedures.
