How to set the modulated power for the Tunable Laser module:

For the Tunable Laser module, press the button beside the Optical Output. The
green LED should switch on to indicate that the laser is now active.
You should notice that the power reading is approximately half the value set on
the Tunable Laser module. This is because the output is modulated by a square
wave with a 50% duty cycle.
