3.10. Turn on the Agilent 5DX system, set it to 165 kV, 20 microamps, and
configure for live laminographic image. Click on the live image icon:

3.11. Position the Fixed Z-axis board support (Board Rail) directly under the
X-ray tube at the following coordinates: X=0.0, Y= 6.000, Z=0.0.
3.12. Initialize the Z-axis exercise routine as follows: From the DOS prompt
type:
AXTEST -M1 -Z1500 -T1000
.
3.13. This will exercise the Z-rail up and down the range of Inspection Fields
of View, to simulate all possible radiation conditions.

3.14. Scan each exterior surface of the X-ray cabinet. Make sure that no
reading exceeds the background radiation level by more than 0.5 mR/hr.
If any reading is more than 0.5 mR/hr above the background level, shut
off the system and fix the problem.
3.15. Close the loader assembly inner movable barrier(s) and open the outer
one(s).
3.16. Rescan all loader assembly surfaces using steps 9-14.
3.17. Set the Agilent 5DX system to 165 kV, 125 microamps by running
HVXRAY -S and configure for a live laminographic image. Click on the
live image icon:
