d. From the top level AutoUI menu, select Test . Select
Board . Follow the menu steps. Verify that the
images are clear and focused and that the test results
are acceptable (within customer expectations).
12. Final Adjustments
— You will need to perform the
final adjustments listed below. In each case, refer to
system administration manual, section 7.
a. Perform a photometric adjustment
b. Perform a major X-Ray scan adjustment
c. Exit from the AutoUI (return to DOS) and execute
fgcal 2
and
fgcal 4
(each will take about
five minutes) DOS will tell you when each is
finished.
d. Type
auto
to return to the main menu and re-run
the self test.
13. System Cleanup
— Replace all electronic bay
access panels and doors. Clean the system exterior
removing all dirt, hand prints, and so forth.
14. Set the Clock
— Set the system clock to the
customer’s time zone.
15. Check your work
— Verify that all steps are
complete and all boxes (like the one on the left) are
checked off.
16. Complete Install Documentation
— Complete all
other hardware install related documentation and
provide copies to the customer.
(It is likely the
customer will need additional documentation - be
sure the customer is aware that local radiation
requirements must be met. This varies from state to
state and from country to country.)
