Installing Accessories
Connecting the 4156C and the 16442A/B test fixture
Connect the 4156C and the 16442A/B as shown below.
CAUTION
To prevent electrical shock during use, be sure to connect the interlock cable.
WARNING
There are potentially hazardous voltages of up to ±100 V at the Force, Sense,
and Guard terminals. To prevent electrical shock, do
not
expose these lines.
CAUTION
Never connect the Guard terminal to any output, including circuit common, chassis
ground, or any other guard terminal. Doing so will damage the SMU.
