9. Reinstall the aileron control horn to the bottom of
the aileron. Glue in place with thin CA around
the base. Allow the CA to wick under the control
horn but do not allow excess CA to run out and
bond to the covering material.
10. Attach an easy link to the aileron servo arm as
shown. Use a 2mm or 5/64 bit to drill out the
servo arm holes if necessary. Do not over tighten
the nut. The easy link must rotate freely in the
servo arm. Secure the nut with Lock Tite or a
small drop of CA glue.
11. Locate and pull out the string from the precut
aileron servo hole. Use caution not to let the
string fall back inside the wing.
12. Next tie the string to the aileron servo wire. Use
a small piece of masking tape to secure the string
to the servo plug. Fold leading edge of the tape
in a taper shape to assist in threading the servo
wire through the wing.
