2.1. Power Connections
The Soloist MP has two DC input connectors; one for control power and a second for motor power. For a
complete list of electrical specifications, refer to

The machine integrator, OEM or end user is responsible for meeting the final protective ground-
ing requirements of the system.
W A R N I N G : All service and maintenance must be performed by qualified personnel.
D A N G E R : Hazardous Voltages are present on Soloist MP systems.
D A N G E R : Soloist MP and PS-MP systems must be installed inside a rack or enclosure to
restrict access while energized.
D A N G E R : To minimize the possibility of bodily injury or death, disconnect all electrical
power prior to performing any maintenance or making adjustments to the equipment.
