2.3.1.2. Absolute Encoder
The XC2 retrieves absolute position data along with encoder fault information through a serial data
stream from the absolute encoder. Use twisted-pair wiring for the highest performance and noise
immunity. You cannot echo an absolute encoder signal.

Refer to the Help file for information on how to set up your EnDat or BiSS absolute encoder parameters.
