Place inner tube slowly into outer tube.

Install oil seal retainer. 

6.

 

Slowly adjust oil seal retainer until fit into outer tube 

groove,

 

 

 

7.

 

Install dust seal onto inner tube. 

8.

 

Fill recommended fork oil into inner tube.

 

 

 

 

 

Make sure the oil levels in both front forks are equal. 

Uneven oil levels can result in poor 

handling and a loss of stability.

Front Fork Cap Torque:
