4.2 BMC Bootloader Upgrade
4.2.1 Load New BMC Bootloader Image
Input the IPMItool HPM.1 upgrade command and select the new BMC bootloader
image.
4.2.2 Activate BMC Bootloader
After the new BMC bootloader is successfully downloaded to the board (known as
the “deferred” version), the bootloader must be activated or the BMC reset to enable
operation. Use following HPM.1 command to activate the bootloader:
[root@localhost ~]# ipmitool hpm upgrade
mic6313_bootloader_standard_0x01_
0x01_adv.img
