Users can configure all the parameters related to the IOH function on the Northbridge
setup page. The MIC-6314 BIOS also allows users to configure the PCIe link speed
(Gen 1, 2, or 3) and its functions (x16, x8x8, x8x4x4, x4x4x8 or x4x4x4x4) on the IOH
configuration submenu.
