After you have logged onto the Web, the Web can automatically get a multicast address and add it to
the multicast groups. You can enable real-time monitor function to view the view.

PPPoE
The PPPoE (Point to Point Protocol over Ethernet) dialog is shown in Figure 3-48.
To set up the PPPoE feature:
1.
Input the User Name and Password you received from your Internet service provider (ISP).
2.
Click the
OK
button.
3.
Reboot the system to activate your configuration.
After rebooting, the NVR connects to Internet automatically. The IP in the PPPoE is the NVR dynamic
value. You can access this IP to access the unit.

DDNS
The DDNS setup dialog appears below in Figure 3-49.
Requirements: You must have a PC with a fixed IP and DDNS software running. In other words, this
PC is a DNS (domain name server).
To set up the DDNS feature:
1.
In network DDNS, select DDNS type and highlight enable item.
2.
Input the PPPoE name you get from your IPS and server IP (PC with DDNS).
3.
Click the
OK
button. The system prompts you to reboot to activate the setup.
4.
After rebooting, open a browser window and enter:
http://(DDNS server IP)/(virtual directory name)/webtest.htm
(e.g.:
http://10.6.2.85/NVR _DDNS/webtest.htm
.)
5.
Open the DDNS Server web search page.
