Real-time video color is distorted
Possible reasons:
•
When using BNC output, the NTSC and PAL setup is not correct. The real-time video
displays in monochrome
•
NVR and monitor resistance is not compatible
•
Video transmission is too long or is excessively degraded
•
NVR color or brightness setup is not correct

Cannot search local recordings
Possible reasons:
•
HDD ribbon is damaged
•
HDD is damaged
•
Upgraded program is not compatible
•
The recorded file has been overwritten
•
The Record function has been disabled

Video is distorted when searching local recordings
Possible reasons:
•
Video quality setup is too low
•
Program read error, bit data is too small. If there is a mosaic pattern in the full screen—
Restart the NVR to solve this problem
•
HDD data ribbon error
•
HDD malfunction
•
NVR hardware malfunction
8.
There is no audio when monitoring or during playback
ADT does not support Audio functions at this time.

Time display is not correct
Possible reasons:
•
Setup is not correct
•
Battery contact is not correct or voltage is too low
•
Crystal is damaged

NVR cannot control Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ)
Possible reasons:

Front panel PTZ error
•
PTZ decoder setup, connection or installation is not correct.
•
Cable connection is not correct.
•
PTZ setup is not correct.
•
PTZ decoder and NVR protocol is not compatible.
•
PTZ decoder and NVR address is not compatible
