4. 1 UNPACKING THE DEVICE
Upon receipt of the device, check for any damage caused in transit.
Contact your supplier if necessary.
4. 2 RECOMMENDATIONS

2 connected to the power electricity supply by a certified dental installation
technician.

4. 3 INSTALLATION
Important:
Do not place the P
IEZOTOME
2 close to or on top of another device.
Do not place the power cord and the footswitch cord in a wire cover or in a cable gland.
- Place the control unit in position on a fixed surface, horizontal or with a slope of no more than 5°.
- Check that the power switch (Fig. 2-5) is in position O (OFF).
- Connect the power cord to the device.
- Connect the power cord to a power socket with a ground pin.
- Connect the control footswitch to the footswitch connector (Fig. 2-2).
- Position the footswitch so that it is easily accessible for your feet.
