User Administration
8.2.1.
Attendance Report
Under User Administration, select the option listed as “Attendance Report”, by clicking this
following screen should be displayed:
This report will give you a summary of the IN/OUT of any given user (up to 10 sets of
IN/OUT).
There are 4 different searching options available to view the Attendance Report which
include "Name", "User ID", "Fixed Period" or "Specific Range of Date" and "Department".
The information that can be viewed as "User ID" followed by "Name", "Date", "Day of
Weekday", "IN/OUT Time" and "Total Working Hours".
You get an overview of the Total Hours worked by any given employee on any day, provided
the event logs haven't been deleted. This information can then be exported to Excel or text
files.
