9-19 – Transient Balance

9.1.7.6.
The “
N1%
” field identifies the N1 speed for which the ICF is configured. At least
one ICF speed must be identified. If no known ICF speeds are available, this value
will typically be “20” or “100”.
9.1.7.7.
The “
Dir
” field identifies if the ICF applies to acceleration “Acc” or deceleration
“Dec”.
9.1.7.8.
The “
(Balance weight units) / (Vib units)
” field, identifies the weight, grams or
ounces as designated in the setup, required to reduce one engineering unit of vibration
to the lowest possible level. If no known ICFs are available, leave this field at the
default value of “0.00”. This field will be updated upon executing the “Quit Job”
selection at the end of a successful balance job.
9.1.7.9.
The “
Deg
” field identifies the phase correction in degrees. If no known ICFs are
available, leave this field at the default value of “0”. This field will be updated upon
executing the “Quit Job” selection at the end of a successful balance job.
9.1.7.10.
If the YES/NO toggle fields in paragraphs 9.1.7.2 or 9.1.7.3 are set to “No”, you will
repeat these steps for the next screens. When all fields are complete per your
requirements, press [OK] to accept and continue.

– Job Identification Screen
9.2.1.1.
The Job Identification screen will be displayed where you may enter the optional
information of Name, A/C Registration and A/C Total Time. Complete each field as
necessary using the analyzer keypad. If Names have previously been entered in this
analyzer, you may optionally press the [F1] “Names” key and select a name from the
stored list of names. When all fields are complete per your requirements, press [OK]
to accept and continue.
