Analyzer PixelPane

- Cursor Values
Modes
– Frame, Field 1, Field 2 (interlaced frames only)
Pixel ViewPort
– A magnified live view of the pixel area surrounding the cursor pixel (intersection of
horizontal and vertical cursor lines). The Pixel ViewPort magnification is varied by displaying a 5x5 to
19x19 pixel area of the incoming video signal. Set the magnification factor in the Analyzer Menu
PixelPane/PView Size sub-menu. The Pixel ViewPort can also be removed (PixelPane/Pixel View/Off) if
the Pane Background is set to Off (transparent).
The cursor lines are depicted within the ViewPort by parallel horizontal and vertical lines that enclose the
magnified cursor pixel, which is in the center of the ViewPort unless the cursor pixel is near an edge of
the frame.
Displayed Data –
Incoming
Video Format (i.e. 2160p24), Signal Type, Bit-depth (i.e. YCbCr422 10-b),
and Y,Cb,Cr or G,B,R, cursor pixel values in frame or fields.
Y:
8, 10, or 12-bit value
Cb:
8, 10, or 12-bit value
Cr:
8, 10, or 12-bit value
or
G:
8, 10, or 12-bit value
B:
8, 10, or 12-bit value
R:
8, 10, or 12-bit value
Set Native/8/10/12 bit-depth in Analyzer Settings menu. If the incoming signal detected bit-depth exceeds
the bit-depth setting the received bit-depth will be momentarily display to the right of the value.
Ch:
Cursor horizontal location in pixels
Cv:
Cursor vertical location in lines
Pixels are numbered from 0 to M-1, where M is the total number of active pixels per line
Lines are numbered from 0 to N-1, where N is the total number of active lines per frame or field
Cursors
– Horizontal and Vertical cursor lines.
