Irregular rotation
• Electrical fault
• Remove the control device and
welding cable from the vicinity
of electrical sources
• Use a short control lead (max.
3 m)
• Use a short welding cable
• Check the earthing of the
control device's power cable
• Flexure fasteners loose
• Tighten the inner and outer
flexure fasteners
• Flexure damaged
• Replace flexure
• Control cable not securely connected to
the control device
• Tighten the Amphenol nut of the
control lead on the control
device
• Faulty electrical connection
• Consult your specialist dealer or
the manufacturer
Arc doesn't start
• Power supply defective or damaged
• Manually test the power supply
and wire feeder
• Consult your specialist dealer or
the manufacturer if necessary
Excessive vibration
or unnecessary
noise
• Flexure damaged
• Replace flexure
• Flexure not mounted correctly
• Replace flexure
• Bearing is worn
• Consult your specialist dealer or
the manufacturer
• Motor shaft is bent
• Consult your specialist dealer or
the manufacturer
Problems with start
of rotation
• Flexure damaged
• Replace flexure
• Set rotation delay button to "High"
• Set button to "zero"
• Faulty electrical connection

• Bearing is worn
