Passwords are entered initially by the System Administrator but,
subsequently, any user can change their own password. When
this parameter is set to 'Yes', each user must change their
password after it is used for the first time following initial
configuration – see also Section 4.4.6 on page 60.
Enter the time period after which all passwords expire. After this
period of time, all users must change their passwords.
Enter the time period after which an inactive user's access
privileges are de-activated. A user is considered inactive if their
password has not been used. A user is de-activated by removal
of their access privileges and can be re-activated only by the
System Administrator (User 1).
Enter the number of consecutive incorrect password entries
allowed by a user. If the number of incorrect entries exceeds this
limit, the user's access privileges are de-activated and can be
reinstated only by the System Administrator (User 1).
Passwords have a maximum length of 20 characters. Enter the
minimum length required for all new passwords.
