The operation manual contains instructions on how to operate the IED once it has been
commissioned. The manual provides instructions for monitoring, controlling and setting the
IED. The manual also provides trouble shouting instructions.

This manual addresses the operator, who operates the IED on a daily basis.
The operator must be trained in and have a basic knowledge of how to operate protection
