Installed calibration gas cylinder
To install the calibration gas regulator:
1.
Remove the protective cap from the high-pressure inlet, if required.
2.
Insert the ferrule on the regulator high-pressure inlet into the calibration gas cylinder outlet.
3.
Screw the nut onto the thread and tighten.
4.
Check for leaks.
DANGER – Serious damage to health / risk to life
. Do not connect the low-pressure
switch directly to the analyzer without a customer-supplied intrinsically safe barrier. It must
meet all national regulations for classified hazardous atmospheres.
5.
Using a small flat head screwdriver, loosen DI2 pins 3 and 4.
6.
Insert the red wire into the (+) terminal (pin 3).
7.
Retighten pin 3.
8.
Insert the black wire into the (-) terminal (pin 4).
9.
Retighten pin 4.
10. Replace the termination connector in the J2 board connector.
