7. Make sure the guide pin in the bottom face of
the gearbox is properly aligned with the base.

above!
8. Secure the gearbox and the three washers
with the 18
attachment screws, gearbox axis
1

18 pcs, M16 x 90, 12.9 quality
UNBRAKO, tightening torque: 300 Nm.
Reused screws may be used, providing
they are lubricated as detailed in
section
before fitting.

9. Refit the bottom plate underneath the robot
base by pushing it into the groove and fitting
the attachment screw.
If removed, also refit the rear connector plate.
NOTE!
Direct the bends on the bottom plate
downwards!
1 screw: M6 x 8.

CAUTION!
The base and gearbox weighs 510 kg
together! All lifting equipment must be used
accordingly!
11. Lift the robot base and gearbox 1 to allow
removing the support, base and gear.
12. Secure the base to the mounting site.
