with multi-process mode, only the single "board" process should install the 
internal interrupt handler. 

If a process has enabled internal interrupt handling and successfully 
initialized the board (using AR_LOADSLV), the interrupt handler is 
automatically uninstalled when the process calls AR_CLOSE.
