Browser Back button, Refresh button

- Clicking either

the Back button or the Refresh button in your browser will
refresh the TAR interface and log you out of the applica-
tion.

•

Select multiple items in specified windows

- In speci-

fied windows, when moving several items from one list
box to another, or when deleting several items, the Ctrl
and Shift keys can be used to expedite this task.

•

Ctrl Key

- To select multiple items from a list box, click

each item while pressing the Ctrl key on your
keyboard.

•

Shift Key

- To select a block of consecutive items from

a list box, click the first item, and then press the Shift
key on your keyboard while clicking the last item.

Once the group of items is selected, click the appropriate
button to perform the action on the items.

•

Sort records by another column header

- Records can

often be sorted by a different column header by clicking
the header for that column. This action sorts the records
that display in descending order by that column. Clicking
the same column header again sorts the records in
ascending order by that column.
