5  Maintenance and repairs 

Maintenance and repair work requires special skills and a 
well-equipped shop. 
As the manufacturer, we require that all work be carried 
out by an authorized repair shop! 
 
 

5.1  Safety regulations for maintenance and 

repairs 

 

Before performing maintenance, also read the chapter on 
“Safety” (see chapter 1). 
 

WARNING! 

If someone else unexpectedly sets the street sweeper in 
motion, 
the result will be diverse dangers of injury. 

Therefore: 

 

For maintenance, remove the key from the key-operated 
switch in the electric panel.

 

 

WARNING! 

Danger of injury due to removed guards and safety devices. 
If guards and safety devices are removed, they can no longer 
perform their intended function. 
Therefore: 

  If guards and safety devices are removed (for maintenance 

and repairs, for example), they must be remounted 
afterwards without delay. 

 
 

 

WARNING! 

The street sweeper poses substantial dangers to non-specialist 
personnel. 

Therefore: 

 

Always have maintenance and repair work carried out by the
dealer. This applies especially to maintenance and repairs on
the electrical system and V-belt drives.
