8
Move Increment: Defines the distance increment when moving the laser beam with the arrow buttons.
9
Move to Rest: Moves the laser beam to rest position.
10
Check Laser: Checks the laser power and returns a value based on the laser power setting.
11
FAD Power: Shows laser beam in mW (milliwatts).
12
Power Sensor Position
FAD X Position: Displays saved coordinates in the X position of the FAD
FAD Y Position: Displays saved coordinates in the Y position of the FAD
+ Set To Current Position: Defines the coordinates of the FAD to where the laser beam currently is.
13
Rest Position
X Position: Shows the current x-axis rest position of the laser beam relative to the home position.
Y Position: Shows the current y-axis rest position of the laser beam relative to the home position.
14
Pinhole
X Position: Saved coordinates of the profiler pinhole in the X position.
X Width: Shows the laser beam width in milliwatts in the X direction.
Y Position: Saved coordinates of the profiler pinhole in the Y position.
Y Width: Shows the laser beam width in milliwatts in the Y direction.
Max ADC: Shows the maximum intensity of the laser beam.
Peak/Sum: Indicates how well the lase beam is focused.
Find: Start a search for the profiler pinhole using the laser beam.
Save: Saves pinhole location coordinates.
15
Pinhole icon: Move beam to saved Pinhole coordinates.
16
Profile: Opens Profiling Mode. In this mode the beam will check the position of the pinhole to ensure that the laser is
drawing in the proper spot. This works as a checkpoint to ensure that printing is starting at the same point.
Dual Laser
If you have a dual-laser machine, you will see an extra laser control screen on the GUI with the same sections as the single laser
screen seen above.
